  Bob is the only man to have ever caught two Largemouth bass over
 20 lbs !!! and he has caught hundreds over ten pounds ! For many years, Bob has been my "big bass hero !"   I want to be like Bob !!!
  Bob primarily uses live crawdads, although he sometimes uses other livebaits, and in some stuations, artificial lures. The following pictures show, why live dads are one of my favorite baits.


 
    A totally huge, absolutely gorgeous 18 lb 6 oz bass !!!
This is the kind of fish I dream of catching. And this is not Bob's biggest bass ! But one of his best photos of a giant, for sure.

   Another trophy bass ! Perfectly shaped........this is the kind of fish which will try to rip the rod out of your hands !


 
     Bob with a couple of very happy clients. The fish on the left weighed 15 lb 0 oz, and was caught by Steve Guarisco. The fish on the right was a 13 lb 4 oz fish, caught by Dennie Sidak. Of course all were released.


     This is Tiffany (age 6) with a huge 10 lb 8 oz bass, which Bob showed her how to catch !

    Bob says this one was only 11 lbs, but it sure looks like a "teen" to me !


 
     This is the Castaic Lagoon record bass of 17 lb 4 oz !!! This fish was caught on a Stanley tube jig, during the spawn I presume. Believe it or not, this fish was 27 1/2" long ! If it looks short to you, that is because of the tremendous girth ! As far as I know, there is no such thing as a skinny 17 lb bass.
