This beautiful bass pulled the scale down to 10.0 lbs..... exactly :-) I hooked a bass about 20 minutes later which made this one look dinky though...... at least 13 lbs..... but it came unbuttoned :-( I'll get her the next time !

........ now while I was busy catching the 10 lb'er above at Rancho Seco, "Mike from SJ" was 150 miles away sticking this one at Coyote Res.
Mikes fish went 10.1 lbs, and by the way, my scale has been calibrated at .1 lb light...... What a coincidence, huh ?

Finally caught a double digit bass from San Pablo Dam Res. This trophy bass went 12.4 lbs and railed a Castaic trout only a few feet from the boat ! I never let her get her head turned around though, and so the fight only lasted about 20 seconds.
